APPROVING MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT PLN08-0181 ADJUSTING LOT
SIZES WITHIN THE GRAND MARINA VILLAGE MASTER PLAN
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section 1In accordance with Subsection 30-4.20 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Master Plan Amendment PLN08-0181, as shown on Exhibit
A" is hereby adopted for all the real property within the MX-zoned site situated
within the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, located
generally north of Fortmann Way and west of Grand Street.
Section 2. The Grand Marina Village Master Plan is hereby amended by
replacing Page TM-01 showing the originally proposed parcel sizes with the
revised and improved parcel sizes shown in Exhibit A. Exhibit A shall replace
page TM-01 in the Grand Marina Village Master Plan.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30)m the date of its final passage.
