Announcement of Action taken in Closed Session:
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and President Appezzato announced that concerning (1) Conference
with Labor Negotiator, Council gave instructions to City's Labor
Negotiators; (2) Conference with Legal Counsel, Council discussed
significant exposure to litigation (two cases], and gave directions
to staff.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:21 p.m.
