The meeting was called to order by President Appezzato at 5:30 p.m.
at the Little Theater, Historic Alameda High School, Central Avenue
and Walnut Street.

County Board of Supervisors, District 3; Sandre' Swanson,
District Director, 9th Congressional District; Ex-officio
Member Lee Perez, Chair, Base Reuse Advisory Group.
Absent: Ex-officio Authority Member Gail Greely, Alameda Unified
School District.
AGENDA
95-223 The Joint Meeting between the Alameda City Council and
Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority [ARRA] was called to
order and the following issues addressed: NAS Alameda Interim Reuse
Strategy; and Purpose of April 19, 1995 Special Joint Meeting to
consider NAS Alameda Interim Reuse Strategy, long-range land use
alternatives for NAS Alameda reuse, and land use alternatives
(Phase IV of the Community Reuse Planning Process).
