MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ALAMEDA CITY COUNCIL
MAY 16, 1995
The meeting convened at 6:30 p.m. with President Appezzato
presiding.

PRESENT: Councilmembers Arnerich, DeWitt, Lucas,
Mannix and President Appezzato - 5.
ABSENT: None.

CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR
Agency Negotiator: Personnel Director and Austris Rungis.
Employee Organization(s): Alameda Fire Managers Association -
AFMA; Alameda Management and Confidential Employees Association -
AMCEA; Alameda Police Managers Association - APMA; Alameda Police
Officers Association - APOA; Appointed and Unrepresented Positions
(City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk, Assistant City Manager,
Personnel Director, and Chief of Police); International Association
of Firefighters, Local #689 - IAFF; and United Public Employees
Association #790 (Police Technicians) - SEIU.
Announcement of Action Taken in Closed Session.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and President Appezzato announced that Council gave instructions to
the City's Negotiators; no action taken.
