Announcement of Action Taken in Closed Session.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and President Appezzato announced that concerning 1) Conference
with Labor Negotiator, Council gave instructions to the City's
Negotiators; 2) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing
Litigation, Council was briefed on status of case and Council gave
instructions to the City Attorney; and 3) Conference with Legal
Counsel - Anticipated Litigation, Council authorized the evaluation
of litigation against the City.
