MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ALAMEDA CITY COUNCIL
JUNE 20, 1995
The meeting convened at 6:15 p.m. with President Appezzato
presiding.

Workers' Compensation Claim of Paul Barneich
Announcement of Action Taken in Closed Session.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and President Appezzato announced that concerning 1) Conference
with Labor Negotiator, Council gave instructions to the City's
Negotiators; 2) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated
Litigation, Council discussed initiation of litigation, no action
taken; and 3) Conference with Legal Counsel - Workers' Compensation
Claim of Paul Barneich, Council discussed claim and gave
instructions for resolution of claim.
