Announcement of Action Taken in Closed Session:
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and President Appezzato announced that concerning 1) Conference
with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation, Council obtained briefing
on status and gave instructions to the City Attorney; 2) Conference
with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation, Council discussed
initiation of litigation, no action taken; and 3) Conference with
Labor Negotiator, Council discussed labor negotiations.
