Name of Case: Klauser v. City of Alameda
Announcement of Action Taken in Closed Session:
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and President Appezzato announced that concerning 1) Conference
with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation, Council discussed
initiation of litigation, no action taken; and 2) Conference with
Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation, Council gave instructions to
the City Attorney.
