MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ALAMEDA CITY COUNCIL
AND HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

The meeting convened at 6:25 p.m. with President Appezzato
presiding.

Emblovee Oraanizations: Alameda Management and Confidential
Employees Association; Appointed and Unrepresented Positions (City
Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk, Assistant City Manager,
Personnel Director, and Chief of Police); International Association
of Firefighters, Local #689 - IAFF; United Public Employees
Association, Local #790 (Police Technicians) - SEIU; Alameda City
Employees Association; and Operating Engineers Local No. 3.
Announcement of Action Taken in Closed Session:
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and President Appezzato announced that concerning 1) Conference
with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation, Council gave instructions
to the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners' Risk Manager; and
2) Conference with Labor Negotiators, Council gave instructions to
Negotiators.
