Announcement of Action Taken in Closed Session:
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and President Appezzato announced that concerning 1) Conference
with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation, Council discussed
initiation of litigation on 2 cases, obtained briefing and gave
instructions to the City Attorney; 2) Conference with Legal Counsel
- Existing Litigation, Council gave instructions to the City
Attorney; and 3) Conference with Labor Negotiator, Council obtained
briefing and gave directions to the City's Labor Negotiator.
Adiournment
The meeting adjourned at 10:05 p.m.
