of Government Code Section 54956.9 of the Brown Act.
[Councilmember Lucas was not in attendance during discussion on
this item.]

President Withrow adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m.

Note: At the Regular Council Meeting following the Closed
Session, President Withrow announced concerning Significant
Exposure to Litigation, discussed status of exposure to litigation,
no action was taken; Pending Litiaation, discussed status of case
of Delucchi v. City, no action was taken; and Labor Relations,
discussed status of Labor Relations with City's negotiator, no
action was taken.
The agenda for this meeting was posted in advance in accordance
with the Brown Act.
