The meeting was convened at 7:37 p.m., with President Withrow
presiding.
ROLL CALL -
Present: Councilmembers Appezzato, Lucas, Roth and
President Withrow - 4.
Absent: Councilman Arnerich - 1.
94-251 Progress Report from Aviation Consultant for NAS Alameda.
The purpose of this meeting was to conduct a workshop to review the
draft Preliminary Project Progress Report NAS Alameda Airfield
Reuse Study.
The Base Conversion Manager stated that the study is the first of
the pilot studies the East Bay Conversion and Reinvestment
Commission is soon to complete.
Messrs. Michael R. McClintock, Vice-President, P & D Aviation,
(aviation and consulting firm), lead consultant; Scott Adams
(principal architect), Gerson/Overstreet Architects; and Melvin
Hodges, the Allen Group, participated in the presentation of the
study.

Adiournment
There being no further business before the City Council, President
Withrow adjourned the meeting at 9:28 p.m.
