OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ALAMEDA CITY COUNCIL
JULY 13. 1994
convened at 4:33 p.m., with President Withrow
Present: Councilmembers Appezzato, Lucas, Roth and
President Withrow - 4.
Absent: Councilman Arnerich - 1.
94-393 Resolution No. 12553, "Assigning the City of
Alameda's Grant from the Office of Economic Adjustment (OEA) and
Responsibility of Granting Implementation to the Alameda Reuse and
Redevelopment Authority [ARRA]." Adopted.
The Assistant City Attorney stated the resolution was revised to
assign the City of Alameda grant, from the Office of Economic
Adjustment, to the Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority and
limit the scope of the assignment to implementation of the grant
only.
Councilmember Lucas moved adoption of the resolution. Vice Mayor
Roth seconded the motion which carried by unanimous voice vote - 4.
[Arnerich absent]
94-394 Report from the Base Conversion Program Director
recommending approval of the amended Interlocal Agreement -
formerly titled the Subgrantee Agreement.
The Assistant City Attorney stated the Agreement was amended to
delete unnecessary language.
Councilmember Appezzato moved approval of the report. Vice Mayor
Roth seconded the motion which carried by unanimous voice vote - 4.
[Arnerich absent]
ADJOURNMENT
President Withrow adjourned the meeting at 4:35 p.m.
