CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to subdivision (b) of
Section 54956.9.

Announcement of Action taken in Closed Session, if any.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor Withrow announced that Council gave settlement directions
to staff.
