President Withrow adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
93-046 Pending Liaitation. Murphy v. City of Alameda, and Guvton
v City of Alameda, pursuant to Subsection (a) of the legal counsel
section of the Brown Act. [No action was taken.]
93-047 Significant Exposure to Litigation, pursuant to
Subsection (b) of Government Code Section 54956.9 of the Brown Act.
[No action was taken.]
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, President Withrow adjourned the
meeting at 11:30 p.m.
