President Withrow adjourned the meeting to Closed Session to

93-225 Pending Litigation pursuant to Subsection (a) of Government
Code Section 54956.9 of the Brown Act: Guvton v. City of Alameda.
[No action was taken.]
93-226 Initiation of Litigation pursuant to Subsection (c) of
Government Code Section 54956.9 of the Brown Act. {Authorized City
to join amicus curae brief in Alhambra v Ikemoto Court of Appeal
case.]
93-227 Significant Exposure to Litigation pursuant to Subsection
(b) of Government Code Section 54956.9 of the Brown Act. [No
action taken]
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, President Withrow adjourned the
meeting at 7:30 p.m.
