President Withrow adjourned the meeting to Closed Session to
consider:
93-300 Pending Litigation, Guvton v. City of Alameda and MurDhv
v. City of Alameda, pursuant to Subsection (a) of Government Code
Section 54956.9 of the Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, President Withrow adjourned the
meeting at 7:00 p.m.
