President Withrow adjourned the meeting to Closed Session to
consider:
93-501 Pending Litigation, Guyton v. City of Alameda, pursuant
to Subsection (a) of Section 54956.9 of the Brown Act.
[No action was taken]
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, President Withrow adjourned the
meeting at 7:30 p.m.
