The meeting convened at 6:30 p.m. with President Withrow presiding.

93-523 Council adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
Labor Relations, pursuant to Subsection (a) of Government
Code Section 54957.6 of the Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT
President Withrow adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m.

Note: At the Regular Council Meeting following the Closed
Session, Mayor Withrow announced concerning Labor Relations, that
Council gave further instruction to City negotiators; no action was
taken.
