Code Section 54957.6 of the Brown Act. [Gave further instructions
to City negotiator; no action was taken.]
Pending Litigation, Howard v. City of Alameda, pursuant
to Subsection (a) of Section 54956.9 of the legal counsel section
of the Brown Act. [Discussed status of case; no action was taken.]
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, President Withrow adjourned the
meeting at 8:30 p.m.
