RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE OI±T OF ALAMEDA that the parcel of 1. nd
heretofore dedicated for public street purposes, situated in the City of Alameda,
County of Alameda, State of California, and. more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land ten (10) feet wide lying southerly of the
southern line of lots 6 and 28 and northerly of the northern
line of lots 5 and 29 in block 6, as said strip, lots and block
are shown. on the map of "Bay View Tract, Alameda, California."
filed.. June 29, 1922, in book 7 of Maps at page 33, in the office
of the County Recorder of Alameda County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Western. line 02 Santa
Clara Avenue, as shown on said map, with the southern. line of
said lot 6; running thence along the southern line of said lots
6 and 28 South 87* 20' 18" West 240 feet to the Eastern line cf
Central Avenue (formerly Main Street) ; thence Southerly on the
arc of a curve to the left, with a radius of 64.6.34 feet, a
distance of 10 feet, more or less, to the Northwestern corner
of said lot 29; thence along the Northern line of said Lot 2.9
and of said Lot 5, North 87* 20' 18" East 240 feet to said line
of Santa Clara Avenue; thence along the last named line Nor-
therly on the are of a curve to the right, with a radius of
40634, feet, a distance of 10 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning,
be, arid the same is hereby, designated and shall hereafter be known as "Woodstock
Lane."
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 18tb day of May, 1943, by the following vote,
to wit:
