TEE STATE GF CALIFORNIA FOR FEDERAL ALLOCATIONS
TO LOCAL PUBLIC HEALTH AGENCIES FOR THE FISCAL

WEEllEAS, the State of California, through its Department of Ikiblic Health,
has• submitted a Contract for Federal Allocations to Local Publlo Health Agencies'
for the fiscal year July 1 1950—June 30, 1L51 ; and
WIFFREAS, the City Council is famlliaT wi th the contents of said contract;
and
WFEIZAS it is in the public in that the City of Alameda should
enter into said contract in order that federal, funds allocated may be used by the -
Alameda Health. Department;
NOW,. TEEREDIEE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE (331J355 5T, OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA. that
said Contract for Federal Allocations to Local Public. Health Agencies be entered
into, and that the Mayor of the City of Alameda be , and he is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Alameda, and the City
Clerk 10 authorized to attest the same.
