President Withrow adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
92-711 Labor Relations, pursuant to Subsection (a) of Government Code
Section 54957.6 of the Brown Act.
Council gave instruction to City's negotiators.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, President Withrow adjourned the
meeting at 11:45 p.m.
