CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7786
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
FOR COUNTY-WIDE INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE TRAFFIC RECORDS
SYSTEM (ACTRS) (DELETES PIEDMONT, NEWARK: CLARIFIES PRIOR
AMENDMENT, NO SUBSTANTIVE CHANGES)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the certain joint powers agreement
heretofore on February 24, 1970, entered into by the County of Alameda and all of the municipalities in
said County, as authorized by this Council 1 s Resolution No. 7579, adopted January 6, 1970, and as
amended by Resolution No. 7762 adopted April 20, 1971, and which agreement provides generally for parti-
cipation by said parties in the Consolidated Traffic Records System established by the U. S. Department
of Transportation, be amended in the manner set forth in the written contract entitled, "Amendment to
Agreement for Intergovernmenta 1 Cooperative Con so 1 i dated Traffic Records Sys tern," heretofore presented
to the City Clerk and marked," led, June 15, 1971," which amendment clarifies wording of said prior
amendment, changes from six months to seven months the budgeting period, and permits alternative periods
for issuance of invoices; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Amendment is approved and the City Manager and City Clerk
be, and each hereby is, authorized to execute and attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City, the
said document on file in the office of said City Clerk.

15th day of June, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
