Resolution 12958 (2)CITY ALAMEDA NO. 12958 CONFIRMING 1310 PACIFIC A VENUE, ALAMEDA, IMPOSING A NUISANCE LIEN The City Council of the City of Alameda finds as follows: 1. That pursuant to Alameda Municipal Code subsection 1 0.8(b )(2), Council of the City of Alameda held a public hearing on February 3, 1998 to consider confirmation of costs of abatement and to consider all protests.
