The special meeting was convened at 7:00 p.m., with President
Corica presiding.

and President Corica - 5.
Absent: None.
90-523 President Corica adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session
to consider:
1. Pending Litigation pursuant to Subsection (a) of the
Government Code Section 54956.9 of the Brown Act:
Golden Gate Audubon v. City of Alameda
Hallem v. City of Alameda
Trabelsi v. City of Alameda
Wilkes v. City of Alameda
2. Initiation of Litigation, pursuant to Subsection (c) of
Section 54956.9 of the Brown Act.

There being no further business to come before the Council,
President Corica adjourned the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
