The meeting convened at 9:00 a.m. with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Monsef, and President
Corica - 4.
Absent: Vice Mayor Thomas - 1.
88-829 President Corica adjourned the Special Meeting to Closed
Session to discuss the cases of Seavers vs. City of Alameda, Mitcheom
vs. City of Alameda, Trabelsi vs. City of Alameda, and Hallam vs.
City of Alameda, pursuant to Subsection (a) of the legal counsel
section of the Brown Act; Worker's Compensation Claim of James
Mackey; and personnel matters pursuant to Section 54957.2 of the
Government Code.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Council, President Corica
adjourned the meeting at 12:25 p.m.
