SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY JANUARY 10, 1989
The meeting convened at 9:35 a.m. with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Monsef, Thomas, and
President Corica - 5.
[Hadi Monsef arrived at 9:47 a.m.)
Absent: None.
89 -029 President Corica adjourned the Special Meeting to Closed
Session to consider Personnel Matters pursuant to the Personnel
Section of the Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT TO SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
89 -030 The Closed Session was adjourned at 10:55 a.m. to Special
Council Meeting to discuss Small Claims Appeals.
The Council authorized the City Manager to settle on collection
costs owed the City for business license tax payments from Stan
Shane, Samantha McDowell, Vince Moran and Fritz Hochfellner,
agents of Mason McDuffie Realty. These costs are to be collected
by February 1, 1989.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Council, President
Corica adjourned the meeting at 11:10 a.m.
