and President Corica - 5.
Absent: None.
89 -154 President Corica adjourned the Special Meeting to Closed
Session for the purpose of discussing:
1) Seavers /Colvin v. City of Alameda, pursuant to Subsection
(a) of the legal counsel section of the Brown Act.
2) Labor relations regarding negotiations pursuant to Section
54957.6 of the personnel section of the Brown Act.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Council, President
Corica adjourned the meeting at 6:35 p.m.
