SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
OCTOBER 12, 1989
The meeting convened at 2:05 p.m. with President Corica
presiding.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Withrow, and
and President Corica - 4.
Absent: Councilmember Thomas - 1.
89 -743 President Corica adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session
to consider:
a) Mitcheom v. City of Alamedat et al., pursuant to
Subsection (a) of the legal counsel section of
the Brown Act.
b) City of Alameda v. Mitcheom, pursuant to
Subsection (a) of the legal counsel section of
the Brown Act.
Council reconvened at 3:43 p.m. and President Corica announced
the actions taken during the Closed Session, as follows:
89 -744 Regarding Mitcheom v. City of Alameda, et. al., Council
discussed the status of the case.
89 -745 Regarding City of Alameda v. Mitcheom, Council discussed
the status of the case.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council,
President Corica adjourned the meeting at 3:45 p.m.
