SPECIAL JOINT COUNCIL MEETING BETWEEN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
AND THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
HELD THURSDAY - - - - - - - - - - - -AUGUST 8, 1985
The meeting convened at 6:00 p.m. in the San Leandro Civic Center
South Offices Conference Room, San Leandro, California.
Alameda City Councilmembers present were: Corica, Hanna, Lucas,
Monsef and President Diament.

After introductions and a light buffet dinner, the two City Councils
engaged in some very general discussions and some related more
specifically to common transportation concerns. There was consensus
that similar meetings should occur in the future. The respective
City staffs were requested to develop an agenda for the next meeting
which will be held in Alameda.
The meeting concluded at approximately 8:00 p.m.
