CITYOFALAMEDARESOLUTIONNO.14915 PRELIMINARILYAPPROVINGTHEANNUALREPORT DECLARINGTHECITY'SINTENTIONTOORDERTHELEVYAND COLLECTIONOFASSESSMENTSANDPROVIDINGFOR NOTICEOFPUBLICHEARINGONJUNE17,2014- MAINTENANCEASSESSMENTDISTRICT01-01(MARINACOVE) WHEREAS,theCityofAlameda(the"City")hasdulycreatedthe MaintenanceAssessmentDistrict01-01(the"District")pursuanttoChapter3, ArticleVoftheAlamedaMunicipalCode(AMC),andResolutionNo.12417to ,installandmaintaincertainlandscapingandlightingandotherimprovements(the ~~"Improvements");and 1':1..., WHEREAS,theCityhasdirectedtheCityEngineer,asengineerofworkfor theDistrict,tofileanannualreportinaccordancewiththeLandscapingand LightingActof1972("Act"),andthatreportisonfilewiththeCityandshowsthe proposedimprovementsandtheestimatedcostsandassessments,allforFY14- 15.
