The meeting convened at 11:00 a.m. with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President
Corica - 5.
Absent: None.
82-554 Councilman Diament made a motion, seconded by Councilman Stone, that the
Council adjourn to an Executive Session for discussion of personnel and litigation
mntter3' , the motion carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.

At the conclusion of discussion, it was determined that no action would be taken
at this time.
Councilman Sherratt made a motion, seconded by Councilman Diament, that the Council
reconvene to regular session; the motion carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
RESOLUTIONS
82-555 Resolution No. 9874 "Approving Memorandum of Understanding between the
Alameda City Employees Association and City of Alameda/Bureau of Electricity."
Councilman Diament made a motion, seconded by Councilman Sherratt, that
the resolution be adopted; the motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen
Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5. Noes: None' Absent:
None.
82-550 Resolution No. 9875 "Salary Classification Resolution - certain unrepresented
employees and HCDA positions."
Councilman Diament made a motion, seconded by Councilman Sherratt, that the
resolution be adopted; the motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen
Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5. Noes: None, Absent:
None.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned
at 11:20 a.m.
