The meeting convened at 12:00 Noon with President Diament presiding.
ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmembers Hanna, Lucas, Monsef, and
President Diament - 4.
Absent: Councilmember Gorman -
84-155D The purpose of the meeting was for an Executive Session for discussion
of personnel and litigation matters.
President Diament ordered the meeting convened to Executive Session. At the con-
clusion of discussion, it was determined that no action would be taken at this ti0e.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 1:35 P.M.
