MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ALAMEDA CITY COUNCIL

The meeting convened at 7:10 p.m. with President Appezzato
presiding.

4. Announcement of Action Taken in Closed Session:
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting reconvened and
President Appezzato announced that Council discussed initiation of
litigation and gave instructions to the City Attorney.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
