The Special Meeting was convened at 6:15 p.m. with President
Withrow presiding.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers Lucas, Roth, and President
Withrow - 3.
Absent: Councilmembers Arnerich and Camicia- 2.
President Withrow adjourned the meeting to Closed Session to
consider:
92-077 Pending Litigation, Turner v. City of Alameda, pursuant to
Subsection (a) of Government Code Section 54956.9 of the Brown
Act.
92-078 Real Estate Negotiations concerning real property
identified as Parcel No. 74-905-20-3, Atlantic Avenue/Alameda
Belt Line real property, pursuant to Section' 54956.8 of the
Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council,
President Withrow adjourned the meeting at 6:50 p.m.
