The Special Meeting was convened at 6:12 p.m. with President
Withrow presiding.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas,
Roth, and President Withrow - 5.
[Councilmember Camicia arrived 6:35 p.m.]
Absent: None.
President Withrow adjourned the meeting to Closed Session to
consider:
92-398 Initiation of Litigation, pursuant to Subsection (c) of
Government Code Section 54956.9 of the Brown Act.
92-399 Labor Relations, pursuant to Subsection (a) of the
Government Code Section 54957.6 of the Brown Act.

Council recessed at 7:00 p.m. to open for Staff Information
Meeting, and reconvened at 7:15 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council,
President Withrow adjourned the meeting at 730 p.m.
