Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas,
Roth, and President Withrow - 5.
[Councilmember Lucas left the meeting at
7:00 p.m.]
Absent: None.
ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION
91-568 President Withrow adjourned the meeting to Closed Session
to consider:
City of Alameda, v. Foster and Kleiser Corporation, et al.,
pursuant to Subsection (a) of the legal counsel section of the
Brown Act.
Workers Compensation Claim of James K. Proctor, pursuant to
Subsection (a) of the legal counsel section of the Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council,
President Withrow adjourned the meeting at 7:25 p.m.
