SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING OF THE ALAMEDA CITY COUNCIL
SEPTEMBER 17, 1991
The Special Meeting was convened at 6:30 p.m., with President
Withrow presiding.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas,
Roth, and President Withrow - 5.
Absent: None.
ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION
91-656 President Withrow adjourned the meeting to Closed Session
to consider:
Pending Litigation, pursuant to Subsection (a) of Section 54956.9
of the Brown Act: Mulvey v. City of Alameda and Shaeffer v.
City of Alameda.
Personnel Matters - Employee Appointment/Evaluation, pursuant to
Subsection 54957 of the Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council,
President Withrow adjourned the meeting at 7:25 p.m.
