President Withrow adjourned the meeting to Closed Session to

Appointment, Employment and Dismissal of Certain City
pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 of the Brown

91-713 Significant Exposure to Litigation, pursuant to Subsection

adjourned the meeting at 7:28 p.m.
