The meeting convened at 11:30 a.m. with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President
Corica - 5.
Absent: None.
82 -494 The purpose of the Special Meeting was for an Executive Session for discussion
of personnel and litigation matters and action, thereon, if desired.
Councilman Gorman made a motion, seconded by Councilman Diament, that the Council
adjourn to Executive Session for discussion of personnel and litigation matters;
the motion carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
At the conclusion of discussion, it was determined that no action would be taken at
this time.
The meeting adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
