HELD WEDNESDAY April 28, 1982
The meeting convened at 9:00 a.m. with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone, and President Corica - 4.
Absent: Councilman Sherratt - 1.
The purpose of the Work Session was for discussion of the following:
82 -259 Tax Anticipation Notes.
82 -260 Electronic Data Processing.
Councilman Stone made a motion, seconded by Councilman Diament, that the Council
adjourn to Executive Session for discussion of litigation and personnel matters;
the motion carried by unanimous voice vote - 4.
At the conclusion of discussion, it was determined that no action would be taken
at this time.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned at
10:35 a.m.
