HELD TUESDAY OCTOBER 23, 1979
Convened at 6:00 o'clock p.m., with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and President Corica - 5.
Absent: None.
A copy of the Notice and Agenda of this Special Meeting is on file in the Office
of the City Clerk. Purpose of the special meeting was for an Executive Session
for a discussion of personnel matters and action thereon, if desired.
Councilman Diament moved the Council adjourn to Executive Session for a discussion
of personnel matters, seconded by Councilman Sherratt; carried on unanimous voice
vote - 5.
At the conclusion of discussion, it was determined no action would be taken at
this time.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned
at 6:45 p.m.
