Convened at 5:00 o'clock p.m. with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, Stone, and President
Corica - 5.
Absent: None.
The Notice and Agenda of this Special Meeting is on file in the Office
Of the City Clerk, Purpose of the Special Meeting was for an Executive
Session for discussion of personnel matters and action thereon, if desired.
Councilman Tillman made a motion, seconded by Councilman Sherratt, that
the Council adjourn to an Executive Session for discussion of personnel
matters; the motion carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
At the conclusion of discussion, it was determined no action would be
taken at this time.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council
adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
