HELD MONDAY DECEMBER 10, 1979
Convened at 9:00 o'clock a.m. with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilman Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
Absent: None.
The Notice and Agenda of this Special Meeting is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk. Purpose of the Special Meeting was for an Executive Session for
discussion of personnel matters and action thereon, if desired.
President Corica noted that H. D. Weller, the City's consultant to assist the
Council in the search for a new City Manager, was present.
Councilman Sherratt made a motion, seconded by Councilman Diament, that the
Council adjourn to Executive Session for a discussion of personnel matters;
the motion carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
At the conclusion of discussion, President Corica ordered the meeting reconvened
to special session.
79 -846 President Corica obtained the consent of the Council and set Saturday
January 5, 1979, 8;00 a..m,, as the tentative date and time the Council Will
interview applicants for the position of City ?tanager._
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned
at 10:45 a.m.
