HELD THURSDAY JUNE 12, 1980
Convened at 11:00 a.m., with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and President Corica - 5.
Absent: None.
The Notice and Agenda of this Special Meeting is on file in the Office of City
Clerk. Purpose of the Special Meeting was for an Executive Session for discussion
of personnel matters and litigation and action thereon, if desired.
80-423 Councilman Sherratt made a motion, seconded by Councilman Diament,
that the Council adjourn to Executive Session for a discussion of personnel
and litigation matters; the motion carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
At the conclusion of discussion, it was determined that no action would
be taken at this time.
ADJOURNED
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council
adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
