HELD SEPTEMBER 12, 1980
Convened at 12:00 noon with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmen Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and President Corica - 4.
Absent: Councilman Diament - 1.
The Notice and Agenda of this Special Meeting is on file in the Office of City
Clerk. The purpose of this Special Meeting was for an Executive Session
for discussion of personnel and litigation matters and action thereon, if
desired.

Councilman Tillman made a motion, seconded by Councilman Stone, that the
Council adjourn to an Executive Session for a discussion of personnel and
litigation matters; the motion carried by unanimous voice vote - 4.
At the conclusion of discussion, it was determined that no action would be
taken at this time.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council
adjourned at 1:15 p.m.
