HELD THURSDAY OCTOBER 16, 1980
Convened at 3:00 p.m. with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and President Corica - 5.
Absent: None.
The Notice and Agenda of this Special Meeting is on file in the Office of City
Clerk. The purpose of the meeting was consideration of a resolution authorizing
grant application relating to Para - Transit Service and an Executive Session
for discussion of personnel and litigation matters, and action thereon, if
desired.
RESOLUTIONS
80 -720 Resolution No. 9394 "Authorizing submission of grant application
to State Department of Transportation for discretionary funds for Para- Transit
Service."
Councilman Sherratt made a motion, seconded by Councilman Diament, that the
resolution be adopted; the motion carried by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and President Corica - 5.
Noes: None. Absent: None
ADJOURNMENT
80 -721 Councilman Sherratt made a motion, seconded by Councilman Stone, that
the Council adjourn to an Executive Session for discussion of personnel and
litigation matters; the motion carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
At the conclusion of discussion, it was determined that no action would be
taken at this time.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned
at 4:35 p.m.
