In accordance with an announcement made at the regular Council meeting of
September 15, 1980, the regular Council meeting to be held Tuesday, October 21,
1980, was canceled inasmuch as a quorum will not be present, and a Special
Council Meeting will be held Tuesday, October 28, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.0.
