CITYOFALAMEDARESOLUTIONNO.14924 APPROVINGTHEMEMORANDUMOFUNDERSTANDING BETWEENELECTRICALUTILITYPROFESSIONALSOFALAMEDA ANDTHECITYOFALAMEDAFORTHEPERIODCOMMENCING FEBRUARY23,2014,ANDENDINGDECEMBER26,2015 s::l... ~WHEREAS,therehasbeensubmittedtothisCouncilaMemorandumof o UnderstandingbetweentheElectricalUtilityProfessionalsofAlamedaandthe ~CityofAlamedaCommencingFebruary23,2014andendingDecember26,\C ~2015;and WHEREAS,theCounciloftheCityofAlamedahasfullyexaminedsaid proposedMemorandumofUnderstandingandtherebyfindsanddetermines adoptionofsaiddocumenttobeinthebestinterestoftheCity;and WHEREAS,therehasbeensubmittedtothisCouncilasalaryschedule fortheemployeesrepresentedbytheElectricalUtilityProfessionalsof Alameda,acopyofwhichisattachedandincorporatedhereinasExhibit1to theMemorandumofUnderstandingbetweentheElectricalUtilityProfessionals ofAlamedaandtheCityofAlameda;and WHEREAS,theCounciloftheCityofAlamedahasreviewedthesalary rates,salaryrangesandsalarystepsinthesalaryschedule,hasfullyexamined saidproposedSalaryScheduleandtherebyfindsanddeterminesadoptionof saiddocumenttobeinthebestinterestoftheCity.
